The Intra UK Transfer Test is applicable to solicitors qualified in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

 

Those who wish to sit the test(s) should contact the Law Society of Scotland and apply for a Certificate of eligiblity.

 

Test Fees are payable directly to The Law Society of Scotland. For further details regarding test applications and requirements, please visit the Law Society of Scotland website.

 


CLT Scotland offer home study tuition in preparation for the Test(s). Tuition is available for :
  • Paper One : Conveyancing, Wills, Trusts and Succession
  • Paper Two : Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Evidence, Civil Procedure and Civil Evidence.

 

Each home-study pack provides an intensive overview of the desired subject and covers the essential elements of each topic on the syllabus. The information contained in the course manuals will prepare candidates to apply the legal principles and concepts to practical scenarios. Past Papers and some style answers are contained within the materials.

 

Please note we do not offer a study guide for EU law at this time.
