Andrew Meakin is a partner in Morton Fraser’s Banking & Finance unit. Andrew has more than 17 years’ experience of debt finance transactions throughout the UK. He has advised lenders and borrowers on the financing and re-financing of pub businesses and has advised banks and breweries on the financing of trade loan books.
